The Concept
Unlimited authors, 1000 words each, 1 story.
"Fabulate" is a project designed to combine the skills and ideas of authors and writers from
around the world, to produce a collaborative story every participant can jointly claim credit for.
How many people have ideas that never get developed? How many people start writing books but fail
to finish? In the current text messaging/tweeting/web 2.0 world, we are sharing every part of our life;
inviting others to join us, comment on, and share our thoughts, yet all within the restrictions of
160 or 140 characters. "Fabulate" was conceived with this information in mind.
The idea is simple, participating is just as easy and succesful particpants may be rewarded for their contributions.

Fabulate.co.uk is run by a small group of individuals who share an interest in fiction
and in the prospect of collaborative projects based on the internet. Fabulate has received no
funding for this project, all costs are covered out of the groups own pockets.
